our philosophy
The Buddha della Medicina musica&yogaterapia center was founded and named on the suggestion and recommendation of two Buddhist masters: Geshe Dorjee Wangchick and Dam Chooi Lama. Their human, spiritual, and professional teachings are a beacon, an inspiration, and a privilege that form the basis of our work.
In accordance with their guidance, we are passionate and committed to promoting yoga and Tibetan singing bowls as tools for individual growth, spiritual development, and overall well-being. With respect for tradition, we pass on Hindu and Tibetan yoga in its most traditional forms, preserving it from Western influences and the cult of appearance.
We offer therapeutic support through music therapy, boasting decades of international experience in this field, addressing the needs of those who are on the autism spectrum or suffer from neurodegenerative diseases.
we tell
We are people driven by the desire to give what we have received. To contribute to improving the lives of those who recognize the good and the qualities in us. We are people with a constant desire to learn, understand, and improve ourselves: through curiosity, research, study, and experience. We understand that empathy and compassion are the tools that enable true, profound, and sincere human connection; the ability to connect with others to enhance the value of "us."
We are passionate about what we do because we guide our every action with passion.
At our Medicine Buddha Center, we offer the opportunity to participate in a program. Whether it's yoga instruction or music therapy, everything is always structured to offer not a single experience but the beginning of a structured and organized journey capable of leading the student to a final result.
Whether it's a physical or spiritual need, each of our lessons is never self-contained, but part of a larger whole that develops over the course of the teaching year and, therefore, over successive years. For this reason, we ask only one thing of the student: desire.
The desire to be curious, to discover something challenging and hard to find elsewhere, to be pursued with intent toward oneself, disciplined with passion and study. So that the experience can transform from a seed into a plant. And blossom in each of us.
